FOUNDERS

BRADY & MORGAN

Morgan, a pediatric nurse by training, and Brady, a former collegiate basketball coach and athlete, are the heart behind MDRN. As parents of two, they experienced firsthand the limitations of conventional medicine during their journey through fertility treatments. It was through that deeply personal chapter that they discovered the profound impact of integrative, functional care.

From healing hormonal imbalances and optimizing cellular health to regaining energy, clarity, and vitality—they didn’t just learn this approach, they lived it.

Now, through MDRN Wellness, Morgan and Brady have created a place where clinical expertise meets compassionate connection. Every service they offer has been carefully curated to support whole-body wellness—because they’ve seen how dramatically it can change lives.

Their commitment is simple but powerful: to help others experience the same transformation they did—physically, mentally, and emotionally— by making modern wellness personal, intentional, and truly effective.

Committed to Excellence, Intention, Knowledge and Collaboration.

Karly, PA-C

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

I graduated from Canisius College in 2007 with a B.S. in Clinical Laboratory Science while playing NCAA Division I Basketball. I earned my Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Marquette University in 2011, and completed Marquette's Post-Graduate Fellowship in Emergency Medicine in 2012. I worked more than ten years in the emergency department with additional time spent in ENT, occupational medicine, and urgent care. I have a passion for teaching and have been an adjunct faculty member with Marquette's Physician Assistant Program since 2011.

I became a client at MDRN Wellness as a result of dealing with my own chronic back pain, hormonal changes and anxiety. After years of traditional medicine without much relief, I began to consider a more innovative approach. I discovered that MDRN Wellness listened and offered solutions to optimize my overall health and wellbeing. As I was a patient myself, I spent many hours educating myself and implementing nontraditional practices into my daily routine. My chronic pain is now tolerable, more stable hormonal balance and much improved anxiety. I now implement an integrative approach into my daily life and medical practice. I am constantly striving to improve myself, but also understand the importance of a healthcare provider who truly listens to the patient. My love of medicine, my willingness to advocate, and my strong desire to assist others ideally combine to help patients get their lives back, especially women in the perimenopause and menopause era.

Ahlam

REGISTERED NURSE

With over a decade of experience in the medical field, I began my nursing journey with a deep passion for pediatrics, working in both the pediatric emergency room and pediatric oncology at Children’s Wisconsin. Caring for children and their families taught me compassion, patience, and the importance of human connection, all of which I carry into my current role in aesthetic medicine.

After eight years at the bedside, I felt called to pursue my long-time passion for medical aesthetics. I believe strongly in building a strong foundation in core nursing before specializing, and the critical thinking and clinical experience I gained in the hospital setting continue to shape my practice today.

I joined the team at MDRN Wellness Medical Spa two years ago and found my niche in helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and empowered. Whether it’s through aesthetic treatments or wellness services, seeing clients leave our spa feeling better than when they walked in is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. My approach is always education-first. I’m here to guide my clients through every step of their treatment journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and heard. At MDRN, I get to combine my medical expertise with my passion for beauty and wellness and I absolutely love it!

REGISTERED NURSE

With a strong clinical foundation as an experienced ER nurse, I’ve witnessed firsthand the power, and the limitations, of traditional medicine. My passion for functional medicine grew from a desire to go beyond symptom management and truly understand the root causes of illness. I’m deeply committed to bridging the gap between conventional and holistic care, using my acute care expertise to bring a grounded, evidence-based approach to whole-person healing.

By integrating my background in emergency medicine with the principles of functional health, I help individuals uncover imbalances, restore vitality, and take an active role in their wellness journey. My passion is to empower people to take control of their health, optimize their well-being, and live more balanced, vibrant lives through a personalized approach that honors both science and the body’s innate capacity to heal.

I joined the MDRN Wellness team because their values deeply align with my own. MDRN Wellness represents a new era of care that combines science with a patient-centered, whole-body approach. Being part of this team allows me to expand my impact, collaborate with like-minded people, and help clients experience the kind of personalized, transformative care that I believe all people deserve.

Emily

REGISTERED NURSE

Hi, I’m Emily Weaver, a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Illinois State University, and a deep passion for helping people feel confident, healthy, and truly cared for.

My journey in nursing began in plastic and reconstructive surgery, where I first saw how powerful it can be to help people feel good in their own skin. At the same time, I worked in a chronic pain clinic performing procedures and infusions, which gave me a deeper understanding of how complex and personal the healing process can be. I gained an even deeper appreciation for the mind-body connection and the importance of compassionate care.

When the COVID-19 pandemic began, I felt called to step in where help was needed most. I spent four years as a travel nurse, primarily in surgery and post-anesthesia care units, supporting patients in some of the most intense and vulnerable moments of their lives. During that time, I also pursued further education, earning certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support for both adult and pediatric populations.

Eventually, I landed in the Milwaukee area and continued my surgical career. I wanted to return to what truly lights me up: aesthetic and holistic wellness. That’s what brought me to MDRN Wellness, where I now get to combine years of clinical experience with a more intuitive, whole-person approach. I believe beauty and wellness go hand in hand, and I love creating a calm, personalized experience for every client I meet. Whether I’m performing a treatment or simply listening, I show up fully and wholeheartedly because this work is about feeling aligned, empowered, and supported in every part of your life.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find me exploring local coffee shops, lifting heavy weights at the gym, getting lost in a good book, planning my next travel adventure, cheering at a game, or spending time in my greatest role—being a proud mom.

Carie

REGISTERED NURSE

Hello I’m Carie, RN, BSN. I’ve been in the medical field since 2016, beginning as a CNA and later working as a phlebotomist while completing my nursing degree. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marywood University in Scranton, PA. I have three years of RN experience starting in the postpartum unit then working as an infusion nurse.

I bring a diverse skill set and multiple certifications to my role at MDRN, where I specialize in integrative and regenerative health services. Additionally, I am a certified Biote provider and certified SkinPen specialist. I currently offer a wide range of services including IV therapy, various forms of hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, lab draws with in-depth lab reviews. I am committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care that empowers patients to take charge of their wellness journey.

I was drawn to MDRN Wellness because it opened a new door to health and wellness, emphasizing holistic and preventative care rather than reactive approaches. This philosophy resonated with me deeply, and I have seen firsthand the positive differences we make in our clients' lives. Each day offers new opportunities to empower individuals on their health journey, and I feel truly fortunate to be part of a team that is devoted to making a difference.

Kate

REGISTERED NURSE

With over two decades of nursing experience across high-acuity specialities, I bring a deeply rooted foundation in evidence-based care to my current role in integrative and functional wellness. I am a seasoned RN with over 20 plus years of dynamic clinical background that includes Emergency Department (ED), Oncology, Anesthesia, and Clinical Trials.

As a graduate of Macalester College with a BA, I started my career in statistical research and realized I wanted to be in the clinic making a difference, not analyzing after the fact. I worked at the Lombardi Cancer Center at Georgetown doing research while attending Georgetown University to complete my BSN in Nursing. After multiple moves across the county including a stint in ED in Austin, Anesthesia research at Baylor University Hospital in Dallas, Oncology at Froedtert here in Milwaukee, I landed with MRDN Wellness in WFB with a commitment to integrating evidence-based practice to client-centered approaches to health, longevity and wellness.

I specialize in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (HRT), advanced lab interpretation and personalized wellness protocols. My practice is rooted in the belief that optimal health requires a balanced integration of hormonal, metabolic, and lifestyle factors. I work closely with clients to demystify lab data and develop individualized treatment plans that support hormone, micronutrient, and inflammation balance to improve mood, cognition and aging gracefully.

My background gives me the keen understanding of both the science and the flexibility in the integrative space to support clients through complex health journeys. I am passionate about integrating both evidence based practice and holistic philosophies to support healing on all levels.

When not at MRDN Wellness, I am very busy driving my 16-year old triplets to multiple sport practices and walking with my pugs on Lake Drive with my weighted vest (always 10% of your total body weight for my peri/post menopausal ladies!)

Mal

REGISTERED NURSE

I began my nursing journey in the high-acuity environment of the Neuro ICU. My years as a Neuro ICU RN taught me how to think critically, act with precision, and most importantly, see every patient as more than just a diagnosis. It was there that I developed my commitment to delivering care that considers every aspect of a person’s well-being. As an RN in a medical spa setting, I blend advanced clinical skills with a deep understanding of holistic health—helping clients feel better, look better, and live better from the inside out.

My areas of expertise include hormone health, IV therapy, cosmetics, personalized consultations, and guiding patients through sustainable weight loss journeys. I take pride in offering treatments that are not just effective, but also thoughtfully tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.

At MDRN Wellness, our team shares a united mission: to care for people in a way that honors every part of their health. We are more than just providers; we are partners in your wellness journey.

My role at MDRN is built on authenticity, integrity, and the belief that when you show up fully, for yourself and others, incredible things happen. That’s what MDRN means to me.
