What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily clinic operations and provider schedules
• Answer phones and manage patient communication
• Schedule appointments and optimize provider calendars
• Collect payments and oversee membership management
• Prepare provider schedules and daily clinic workflow
• Draft patient emails and internal communications
• Organize clinical protocols, provider resources, and digital documentation
• Coordinate laboratory follow-up and provider task management
• Assist with onboarding new providers and team members
• Maintain clinic policies, procedures, and operational documents
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow
• Serve as the primary liaison between providers, nursing staff, and leadership

Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have:

• Current LPN or RN licensure (strongly preferred)
• Three or more years of healthcare experience
• Experience in clinic operations, healthcare leadership, or practice management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Strong technology skills and willingness to learn new systems
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently

• Competitive salary of $65,000–$85,000 based on experience
