Hi, I’m Kelly Smith, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with 13 years of nursing experience, including the last 8 years in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. During that time, I also helped expand medical weight management services, which deepened my interest in metabolic health, wellness, and long-term lifestyle change.

Throughout my career in plastic surgery, I’ve had the privilege of helping patients through both medical and cosmetic transformations; not only improving physical outcomes, but often helping restore confidence, self-image, and overall quality of life. I value building genuine relationships with patients and believe health is closely connected to both mental and physical well-being. I strive to provide care that feels approachable, supportive, and calming in an often overwhelming world.
