We are a full-service medical clinic and luxury spa specializing in integrative wellness and aesthetic care. Our services include IV therapy, injection therapy, comprehensive lab draws, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss solutions, prescriptive treatments, cosmetic procedures, and more—all delivered in an elevated, results-driven environment.

Our team is made up of doctors, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses—each dedicated to transforming health and confidence from the inside out. We work at a fast pace, hold ourselves to the highest standards, and operate with intention in everything we do.

We are seeking a Client Coordinator who can match our energy, professionalism, and commitment to client experience. This role is more than a front desk position—it is the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring every client is welcomed, supported, and guided through their MDRN Wellness journey.

You Are Someone Who:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Is personally invested in health and wellness
  • Has a minimum of 1 year client coordinator or front desk experience in a medical, spa, or high-end service setting (required – applications without this experience will not be considered)
  • Excels at multitasking while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Has exceptional people skills with the ability to problem-solve and think ahead
  • Works well on a team of high-achievers
  • Understands that professionalism and excellence are the standard, not the exception

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all MDRN Wellness clients—both in-person and via phone/email/text
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and check-ins/check-outs with precision
  • Ensure treatment rooms and client flow are optimized for efficiency and experience
  • Support providers by preparing charts, organizing client information, and assisting with treatment flow
  • Coordinate with the medical and administrative team to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate financial transactions, membership tracking, and package redemptions
  • Provide knowledgeable answers about services, memberships, and promotions
