Late Appointment Policy

Arriving late to your appointment will decrease the amount of time you have with your provider, which negatively impacts the value of your appointment.. Although we aim to complete your entire appointment within the allotted time, tardiness of more than 15 minutes could result in rescheduling. Cancellation/No-Show Policy

At MDRN Wellness, we have a 24 hour Late-Cancellation/No-Show Policy in place to ensure clients can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our staffs’ time. Any appointment that no-shows and/or cancels within 24 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file:

  • 20 minutes – $25 (GLP-1 and/or Vitamin injections, and Cosmetic follow up appointments)
  • 30-59 minutes – $50 (Lab Draws, IVs, Lab Reviews, and Lip Flips)
  • 60+ minutes – $100 (Weight Loss Consultations, Pellet appointments, Initial Lab Reviews, Wellness Consultations, Skinpen, and Xeomin appointments)

We respect our staffs’ time as they are sometimes booked out weeks to months ahead. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow our team at MDRN Wellness to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future clients, as well as valuing our team members’ time. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.
