Karly, PA-C
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

I graduated from Canisius College in 2007 with a B.S. in Clinical Laboratory Science while playing NCAA Division I Basketball. I earned my Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Marquette University in 2011, and completed Marquette's Post-Graduate Fellowship in Emergency Medicine in 2012. I worked more than ten years in the emergency department with additional time spent in ENT, occupational medicine, and urgent care. I have a passion for teaching and have been an adjunct faculty member with Marquette's Physician Assistant Program since 2011.
I became a client at MDRN Wellness as a result of dealing with my own chronic back pain, hormonal changes and anxiety. After years of traditional medicine without much relief, I began to consider a more innovative approach. I discovered that MDRN Wellness listened and offered solutions to optimize my overall health and wellbeing. As I was a patient myself, I spent many hours educating myself and implementing nontraditional practices into my daily routine. My chronic pain is now tolerable, more stable hormonal balance and much improved anxiety. I now implement an integrative approach into my daily life and medical practice. I am constantly striving to improve myself, but also understand the importance of a healthcare provider who truly listens to the patient. My love of medicine, my willingness to advocate, and my strong desire to assist others ideally combine to help patients get their lives back, especially women in the perimenopause and menopause era.
