Integrative Nurse Practitioner
PART-TIME
This is not your typical NP role. At MDRN Wellness, we are building something different.
We are looking for an Integrative Nurse Practitioner who is ready to step outside of the conventional model and into a space where care is intentional, personalized, and rooted in outcomes. This is for the provider who has felt the frustration of doing everything “right” in traditional medicine, yet watching patients stay stuck, and knows there has to be a better way.
Who We Are
MDRN Wellness is a rapidly growing, out-of-pocket medical clinic located in the Milwaukee area.
We are a team of 10 clinicians, 3 client coordinators committed to delivering a higher standard of care through:
- Root-cause medicine
- Advanced lab interpretation
- Hormone optimization
- Gut and immune system restoration
- Peptide and regenerative therapies
- Personalized, data-driven treatment plans
We don’t chase symptoms. We identify why they exist, and build a strategy to resolve them.
Our patients come to us after they’ve tried everything else. Our responsibility is to deliver outcomes.
Who You Are
- Experienced in functional/integrative medicine
- Confident in lab interpretation beyond standard ranges
- Knowledgeable in gut health, thyroid, and hormone optimization
- Comfortable thinking critically and connecting patterns across systems
- Motivated to continue learning and refining your clinical approach
You are also:
- Curious and coachable
- Detail-oriented and clinically sharp
- Energized by complex cases
- Aligned with a high-performance, growth-focused team
Most importantly, you believe medicine should actually improve lives, not just manage symptoms.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations
- Interpret advanced lab panels (hormones, thyroid, micronutrients, gut, inflammation)
- Develop individualized treatment plans rooted in integrative medicine
- Collaborate closely with our clinical team on complex cases
- Participate in ongoing clinical education and case review
This role requires both clinical excellence and intellectual curiosity, you will be expected to continuously evolve your approach.
What to Expect
This is a part-time position with significant opportunity for growth.
Due to the depth of our care model, this role includes:
- Time spent reviewing labs and patient charts outside of clinic hours
- Ongoing collaboration and communication with the clinical team
- A fast-paced, high-performance environment
We operate differently and intentionally. Accountability for your patients is expected.
