1Will my current membership transfer to the new brand?
Yes! All active memberships-including IVs, Injections, and direct primary care-will automatically transfer to the new brand and our upgraded system. You'll retain your existing benefits and any unused services.
2What happens to my unused services or prepaid packages?
Any remaining services or pre-paid packages will transfer to your new account. You will not lose any value or credits associated with your previous purchases.
3I had a frozen membership— what happens to that?
If your membership is currently frozen, you'll have the opportunity to reinstate it to ensure your services transfer over. If no action is taken, the associated services will expire with the transition.
4Will I need to update my payment information?
Yes, you may receive a call from our administrative team to securely collect your updated payment method to activate your account in our new point-of-sale system before August 1.
5Is anything changing with my provider or care team?
Not at all. You'll still be working with the same trusted team, now with more tools, upgraded systems, and an elevated client experience.
6How do I book appointments under the new brand?
All bookings will be done through our new website and client portal. You'll receive a direct link by email and text, or you can visit our homepage and click "Book Now." You can still call or text us at the same phone number to book your appointment! 262-293-5344
7Has the website changed?
Yes! Our new website reflects our elevated services and experience. You can visit us at MDRNWellnessMedical.com (launching August 1st).
8Will prices adjust with the new brand?
We've made minor pricing adjustments (some price decreases, and some minor price increases) to reflect the enhanced experience, clinical oversight, and expanded services now offered under MDRN Wellness. Please refer to our new menu of services both online and in the spa. We are here to answer all your pricing questions!
9Can I use previous gift cards?
Absolutely. Any valid gift cards will be honored and transferred to your new client profile.
10Are loyalty points changing under the new system?
As a thank you for your continued trust in us as your health and wellness team, our new loyalty program will award $2 in credit for every $100 spent at MDRN Wellness. This is our way of expressing gratitude for your loyalty as we continue to grow together in excellence and care.
11Are you still in the same location?
Yes, our physical location has not changed. You'll still find us in Whitefish Bay, with the same welcoming space and elevated ambiance.
